The roll-out of a remote session is the same as a face-to-face session. Only the setting and some technical terms differ.

"A huge step forward"
I am a practioner in Chinese energetic and acupuncture and a Pilates instructor. I take care of my students, my patients, but I sometimes forget to take care of myself... I had already tried sophrology sessions but I hadn't been convinced. Ms Dobbs is a very good listener and is very constructive. "I am through with cigarettes"
I had 3 hypnosis sessions with Alexandra; my goal was to stop smoking. Eventhough you have decided to stop and that you know it's bad for your health... quitting isn't that easy. I had already tried and failed before this experience. Alexandra found the right words, pulled the right strings,drove me into this state of semi-consciousness and helped me, at last, get rid of this addiction. Thanks to these sessions I have finally said farewell to my old friend, the cigarette! Thanks a lot Alexandra!
"Taking a step back"
I neede to take a step back from my partner's illness and a few members of my family. Thanks to Alexandra and her Sophrology method I managed to channel my fears, anxiety and anguish and above all accept daily life with the illness and evrything which was preventing me from living in the present moment. I still practice the exercises, some more than others and it helps me take a step back from events which used to impact me too much and I can visualize places where I can withdraw to and take a deep breath. Thanks Alexandra for your ear, benevolence and your voice which , as soon as I hear it, relaxes me. The workshop was a breath of fresh air for me and I will sign up for a new adventure soon.
