Remote sessions

Remote sessions

The roll-out of a remote session is the same as a face-to-face session. Only the setting and some technical terms differ.

Here below are the steps and equipment* you need to plan for :

Steps

  • We schedule a session
  • The session will last approximately 1h30
  • You pay the session at least 48 hours before, by the means of a bank transfer, Paypal or Lydia * (exceptionally via Doctolib during the Coronavirus confinement period). If you have not paid the session in due time it will be postponed or cancelled.
  • I will send you a link to access the remote meeting platform we have agreed to use: Skype or Zoom (exceptionally via Doctolib during the Coronavirus confinement period)*
  • Before the session, check that your equipment is working and check the setting which is required (see below).


Required equipement*

  • Telephone
  • IT equipment: a computer or tablet with a camera. You’ll need to have installed Skype or  Zoom depending on what we have agreed on
  • An internet connection
  • Headphones
  • A microphone (from your computer or headphones…)
  • A chair


Setting for the day of the session

  • Ideally you need
    • To be in a calm place where you won’t be disturbed by someone, a pet…
    • To be sitting on a chair (comfortable but not too comfortable!)
    • Facing the camera
    • Check there is no back-light (ie no lamp or window behind you)
  • The framing of the camera needs to be set so that I can see you from head to knees
  • Prepare your headphones
  • Set your cell-phone on vibrate mode so that I call can call you if the internet connection is interrupted during the session. Turn off all other phones and programmed alarms
  • 15 minutes before the session, click on the meeting link (Zoom or Skype) I have sent to you and follow the instructions
  • I will call you to sart the session on the telephone N° we’ve agreed on

 

In case of technical problem

  • Before the session: call me
  • During the session, if your internet connection is interrupted and that you are in a modified state of mind, after 30-60 seconds of silence you will know that you need to come out of that state just enough to restore the connection and then we will resume the session. If required I will call you.
  • During the session, if my internet connection is interrupted and that you are in a modified state of mind, I will restore the connection while you pursue your experience safely end we will resume at the stage you have reached.

 

Confidentiality
I commit not to film or record the session and ask you to commit in the same way.


* If necessary, we can find alternatives to one of these payment modes or equipment.
