Reimbursement
The French Social Security does not reimburse Sophrology and Hypnosis sessions.
However some private health insurance do:
- the Chambre Syndicale de Sophrologie (the Sophrology Trade Association) website lists private health insurances which reimburse sessions. See list
- for Hypnosis consult your private health insurance.

"No more spider phobia"
I wasn't convinced that anyone could help me with my spider phobia, and yet! Alexandre Dobbs managed to change my mind. By listening and understanding in order to find the right approach. I'm not going to become a spider lover, I'm afraid of them, but the sessions helped me to play down the sight and thought of the bug. A phobia is an irrational reaction. Mine has now been transformed into a more comfortable fear. Before, I couldn't look at a photo, even from a distance... now I look at a real spider up close. Go ahead, because this phobia puts up so many constraints... so give yourself a chance. (Google review)
